The Process
1. Reach out with your event details.
Tell me the date, location, estimated guest count, and what you have in mind. I'll let you know if I'm available and we'll go from there.
2. We finalize the design and items.
We'll decide on designs, thread colors, and items — whether you're purchasing blanks, using store inventory, or sourcing through me.
3. I set up and get stitching.
On event day, I arrive early to set up my station. Guests stop by throughout the event to customize their item(s) and leave with something made just for them.
4. You enjoy the moment.
The embroidery station becomes part of the experience — guests love watching their item come to life. Everyone leaves happy with a keepsake they helped create.

Where are you located?
Threaded Home is based in Williams Bay, WI and available for events throughout the Geneva Lake area. Travel outside the area is possible — just ask!
How much does it cost?
Live embroidery events start at $200 to book. Pricing varies based on event size and needs — reach out for a custom quote.
How many items can be embroidered at my event?
Typically 10–12 items per hour, depending on design complexity. We'll work with you ahead of time to make sure expectations are set for your event size.
